We stayed in the luxury apartment at The Grange Experience, which was perfect for visiting Alton Towers. The décor was absolutely stunning, with an incredible attention to detail—it felt like a five-star hotel right in the middle of london city. The apartment was really spacious, the bed super comfy, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything was spotless.

The only slight disappointment was that we paid £175 for a balloon and decorations package, which felt a bit overpriced personally. That said, my other half loved the surprise, so it was still a wonderful stay. There’s also a small local shop nearby and some great restaurants in Burton-upon-Trent. We really enjoyed it, and if we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely stay again!

I had the most amazing stay at the Luxe Apartment. From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed. The apartment is beautifully decorated and smells absolutely incredible — it instantly gives you that calming, luxurious atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed straight away.

What really stood out were the thoughtful details. The essentials in the fridge, the lovely snack options, and even the skincare products in the bathroom — everything was carefully considered. It felt more like staying in a high-end boutique hotel than a regular apartment.

Absolutely outstanding, won't get better for the price, host is absolutely amazing and so responsive,
every thought has gone in to this lovely place and all the extra little touches in place for you to not to think about anything and just turn up and relax is amazing,
from the deco to the furniture no expens has been spared
